We really love salty licorice in Sweden and therefore this chocolate bar has been one of our best sellers for many years. We chop the soft licorice by hand in our chocolate factory and place a bit in each box of the molds. We roast, peel and stone oral cocoa beans and then pour the chocolate over the licorice pieces. Licorice powder and Icelandic sea salt then sprinkled over the cookies by hand. A real craft!
