At the beginning of the 20th century, Nordfalks was a small spice shop in Gothenburg. Today, we are Northern Europe's largest flavoring company with roughly 900 employees. Santa Maria is part of the Finnish food group Paulig, which has a strong focus on coffee, ethnic food and flavoring.
