SVART AF HÄLSINGBORG

Svart af Hälsingborg is a newly started Swedish company that makes some of the softest and tastiest licorice there is. They make black licorice of the highest quality that is produced only with vegetable ingredients and contain neither palm oil nor gelatin, so it is completely vegan.

It started with Angelo Lundqvist and Thao Hoang wanting to start a confectionery company, but they needed help running the company and developing the products. They then contacted Mats Glimstål and Frida Andersson to ask if they were interested in helping. Mats and Frida accepted! After many years in the confectionery industry and with a lot of knowledge in their backpacks, Mats and Frida felt it was time to move on and do something they had long talked about and dreamed of, to run their own confectionery company.
