Our light oat chocolate with licorice is a creamy milk -free vegan chocolate sprinkled with sea salt and licorice granules. The Nordic, gluten -free and organic oats are ground in their own mill for best results.
The chocolate contains 20 % less sugar compared to traditional milk chocolate and has a sweet and mild taste with a smooth texture that is in interesting contrast to the salty, crispy licorice. Our chocolate is durably made in Umeå where the cocoa beans are slowly roasted and stone ground. Cocoa is purchased from cooperatives in Ecuador and Peru where we have established personal collaborations for many years.
