NORDBO Triple Move combines three herbal ingredients: bromelain, turmeric and boswellia. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from pineapple. Turmeric is a root that belongs to the ginger family and is rich in curcumin. The turmeric in Triple Move contains 95% curcuminoids. Boswellia is an extract from the Indian frankincense tree. Boswellia helps maintain healthy and mobile joints.

Bromelain (Pineapple Comosus 1200 GDU/g) - an enzyme extracted from pineapple

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa, 95% curcumin) - a root belonging to the ginger family

Boswellia (Boswellia Serrata P.E. 4:1) - boswellia helps maintain healthy and mobile joints

Rice flour - filler
MCT oil - fat from coconut for optimal absorption

Vegetable Capsule - Cellulose (HPMC)

2 capsules per day. Take at any time of the day, with or without a meal.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled in cold liquid. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
