Our salmon buns are made in Kungshamn with an optimal mixture of salmon and white fish to give the finest possible buns. Other types of fish, apart from salmon, are cod, pollock and haddock. Catch area: The fish included in the salmon bun varies depending on the availability of raw materials. The fish used are indicated in a code system on the bottom of the can, together with their respective catch area.
