Rooibos
Rooibos teas are very durable and can be brewed at 97 - 100 degrees and should have a brewing time of at least 3 minutes. Since Rooibos does not contain any tannins, the tea can basically be brewed for as long as you like. So brew the tea according to how strong you want it, stronger if you want milk and sugar.
