Kavli Räkost is all of Sweden's favorite soft cheese, made from selected classic cheeses and fine Arctic prawns. Fat content only 16%. Kavlis soft cheese is locally produced in Älvsjö. In order to get the best possible quality and taste of our products, we always use first-class hard cheese and the best raw materials. All our soft cheeses are pasteurized and it is fine to eat them if you are pregnant. Kavli soft cheese is good to have on the sandwich, as an ingredient and flavoring agent in cooking in e.g. soup, pie or pasta sauce
