Bake a gluten-free pizza: Set the oven to 250 degrees. Mix 1.5 dl of water and 10 g of yeast in a bowl until the yeast has dissolved. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil, 0.5 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp baking powder. Stir in 240 g of Coarse Mix and mix in a kitchen assistant with a dough hook for about 4 minutes. Then divide the dough into two balls and let them rest under a cloth for 10 min. Roll out into round pizza bases and top with your favourites. Then bake in the bottom of the oven for about 8 minutes. Tasty gluten free meal!
