Mix with fiber is a coarse flour mix for gluten-free baking. It can be used in the same way as rye flour and other whole grain flours are used in traditional baking. Good and easy!

Bake French loafs quickly and easily: Stir 25 g of yeast in 4.5 dl of lukewarm water. Add 1 packet Mix with fibre, 0.5 dl cooking oil, 0.5 tsp salt and 2 tsp bread spices. Mix well, preferably in a dough mixer. Transfer to a greased loaf tin and let rise, covered, until doubled in size, approx. 25 min. Bake at 225°C for approx. 25 min.
