Softening and moisturizing cream used for dry skin and eczema.

Propylene glycol has a keratolytic (softening) effect, has a moisturizing effect and has an antimicrobial effect against both bacteria and fungi.

Decubal, which is a cream base, has softening and protective properties.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or to any excipient.

Propylene glycol 20% in Decubal cream APL should not be used on burned skin. Avoid application in the ear canals as propylene glycol can be ototoxic.

The cream contains cetyl alcohol (cetanolum), wool fat (lanolin, adeps lanae) and sorbic acid which can cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis). However, the risk of a hypersensitivity reaction to the included wool fat is small as it is purified so that the content of wool alcohols and surfactants is low.
