White tea
The brewing temperature for white tea is around 75 degrees, as its leaves are slightly more sensitive and easily burn at too high temperatures. Because white tea is so sensitive, the brewing time should never exceed 4 minutes.
The subtle flavors of white tea disappear when mixed with milk and/or sugar and are therefore recommended to be drunk without.
