Brogyllen Chess Squares - 10 pcs

A small popular cake made from shortcrust pastry with Swedish butter. The dough is divided in two and one half is flavored with cocoa while the other retains the taste of sweet vanilla. The two doughs are then put together to a length that makes the cakes resemble a chessboard when cut before baking in the oven. You get a nice cookie bag with 10 of these treats in it.
