The honey I mix the organic ginger oil with varies according to the season and the bees' access to flowers.

The honey never tastes exactly the same, but is always delicious and beneficial for both body and soul.

The honey is cold-pressed and a craft that is made with love for the bees, the environment and the raw materials.

The ginger oil we use is carefully cold-pressed from the roots of the unpeeled ginger. Each root yields only 2-4% oil. Ginger has always been used as a natural medicine throughout the ages.
