Felix Äppelmos – an old-fashioned applesauce based on hand-picked apples from growers in Österlen and north-eastern Scania. The puree has a smooth and tasty character characterized by Swedish apple favorites such as Ingrid Marie and Aroma. As the weather plays a big role in the harvest, it happens that you have to import smaller quantities from abroad. How big each share is varies from year to year.
