Felix Beetroot is harvested when they are at their most tender and finest by our own, selected growers around southern Sweden. It very rarely happens that the harvest goes wrong and we have to import. The exceptions are stated on the label on the can. Prepared in the heart of Skåne according to a classic Swedish recipe with vinegar, sugar and cloves. With an easy-to-open lid! A must for pitt i panna and many other classic Swedish dishes.
