Smoked fish is a gluten-free salt licorice, in the form of a cold-smoked fish. It doesn't get more Swedish than that, and as far as we know, it's the world's only smoked licorice.
Sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, glucose syrup, corn starch, aroma incl. salmiak, licorice, modified corn starch, surface treatment agent (coconut oil, carnauba wax).
