Kung Markatta's organic Root Fruit Chips contain a colorful mix of organic beetroot, carrot and parsnip. The root vegetables are thinly sliced and then carefully baked, with sunflower oil, in a vacuum oven at a relatively low temperature (130 degrees Celcius). As each root vegetable is baked separately, they get the perfect crunch. They are then mixed and together with a light touch of salt, the chips become irresistibly crispy.
