These Chocolate Chip Cookies are as easy to bake as they are to enjoy. No complicated recipes - just add water and butter. Smooth, simple and incredibly tasty!
Instructions (10 cookies):
1. Mix the mix with 75 g of melted, cooled butter and 0.5 tbsp of water thoroughly with a ladle. Adjust with 0.5 tbsp of water if the batter feels a little too dry.
2. Then form round balls with your hands. There will be about 10 balls.
3. Place 5 balls on each tray with baking paper. Place the balls with the visible chocolate pieces facing up, then the chocolate pieces will be properly visible when the cookies are baked. Bake in the middle of the oven, 175°C (top & bottom heat) for approx. 10-12 min depending on the oven.
4. Leave to cool completely on the tray, as they are very soft when you take them out. Please store in the refrigerator to keep the cookies chewy and soft.
