AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT  OF COLOMBIA! This is a coffee originating from our own farm in Magdalena, Colombia.

Our Colombia as a dark roast gives you a clear fullness and moderates the acidity of the coffee. When the beans become even hotter than their medium-roasted cousin, the sour notes disappear, they are simply burnt away. Instead, a milder taste emerges, and the pure full coffee flavor spreads in the coffee.
