AN UNUSAL AMOUNT OF COLOMBIA! This is a coffee originating from our own farm in Magdalena, Colombia.

Our Colombia as a medium roast gives you a clear fruitiness and characteristic Colombian acidity. At around 200 degrees, the beans start to give off heat, they expand, turn brown and if you listen closely, you can hear them pop. This process gives you a medium roast coffee.
