Dried rye bread with seeds is a novelty from Linkosuo. Dried rye bread is a special type of crispbread, a Finnish specialty, and this particular variety contains a mix of light and dark seeds. The natural taste of real sourdough and rye as well as crunchiness and a lot of dietary fiber are the secret behind this crisp bread's great popularity. Only a few masters possess the knowledge required to bake Linkosuo's crunchy dried rye bread Varrasleipä (skewed bread if you were to translate it into Swedish). At Linkosuo's baking ovens in Mannakorpi in Finnish Kangasala, this knowledge has been known since 1960.
