Nordbo Instant Magnesium - 150 g

NORDBO Instant Magnesium is an all-round magnesium with fast-absorbing powder of three magnesium forms: bisglycinate, malate and lactate. All have high bioavailability. The powder dissolves easily in water and has a fresh taste of lemon.

Instant Magnesium consists of 83% bisglycinate, a form of magnesium that is bound to the amino acid glycine for optimal absorption. The product is gentle on the stomach.

Magnesium contributes i.a. to reduced fatigue and exhaustion, to maintain normal muscle function, normal psychological ability and normal functioning of the nervous system.

1-2 scoops per day. The powder is mixed with water or any cold liquid. Best taken in the evening or after training. Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
