Nordbo Iron & vitamin C - 90 capsules

NORDBO Iron & C is a vegan iron supplement with 20 mg iron bisglycinate and 100 mg acid-neutral vitamin C from calcium ascorbate. Iron bisglycinate has high bioavailability and is gentle on the stomach, thanks to the fact that the iron has been bound to the amino acid glycine.

Iron contributes to reduced fatigue and exhaustion as well as to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.

Rice extract - natural anti-caking agent
Vegetable Capsule - Cellulose (HPMC)

1 capsule per day in connection with a meal.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled in cold liquid. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
