Nordbo Pure Magnesium - 90 capsules

NORDBO Pure Magnesium contains 100% magnesium bisglycinate, a form that has very high bioavailability thanks to magnesium being bound to the amino acid glycine. Each capsule contains 150 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium contributes i.a. to maintain normal muscle function, normal function of the nervous system and reduced fatigue and exhaustion. Made in Sweden and certified with I'm Vegan by Djurens Rätt.

1-2 capsules per day. Preferably taken in the evening or after physical activity. Taken with or without a meal.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with any cold liquid. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
