2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. The morning capsules are taken with a large glass of water. The evening capsules are taken before going to bed with a glass of water. Remember to drink enough during the course of the course.

Recommended dosage should not be exceeded. In case of difficulty in swallowing, the capsule can be opened and the contents sprinkled in cold liquid. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
