Nordic Chocolate, Blueberry, 60% - 90 grams

The wild blueberries come from northern Sweden where they are picked and then dried at low temperatures. They have an unusually high antioxidant content because they grow under the midnight sun in untouched Nordic nature. By combining these blueberries with the complex aromatic cocoa, an intensely tasty blueberry chocolate is created. This chocolate cake was rewarded with a silver medal in the International Chocolate Awards 2022.
