Through our chocolate we want to show the rich cultural heritage in Västerbotten. Alpine Garden Angelica has traditionally been used for both medical purposes and as a flavoring. Our Garden Angelica that grows under the midnight sun in Västerbotten's mountain region is picked and dried locally by supporting products. We season the chocolate with the Garden Angelica and also put some seeds on top of the cake to chew on for its rich spicy taste.
