Buckwheat is an herb that resembles wheat, but which, despite its name, is not a type of grain but an herb that belongs to the same family as rhubarb. Buckwheat is one of the few crops that contains all the proteins the body needs. Buckwheat is easily digestible and therefore gentle on the stomach.
Risenta Helt Buckwheat can be cooked in broth and served instead of rice, potatoes or couscous. It is also good in stews and salads with lemon, flake salt and olive oil.
