Sriracha is Santa Maria's interpretation of the popular Sriracha sauce and has a tangy and sweet heat from chili and garlic. An all-round spice that can be used for most things. Perfect for making a spicy mayo, seasoning directly on meat or fish or use as a table seasoning when you want a little extra heat.
Tip! Sriracha is good on eggs, popcorn, pizza and French fries, among other things.
