Goodnight porridge apple & cinnamon – a good end to the day!

Goodnight porridge apple & cinnamon is made with oats and wheat and is suitable for children, 1–3 years old. The classic flavor combination of apple and cinnamon makes the porridge easily a favorite with most children. Goodnight porridge makes for a cozy bedtime snack, but Semper porridge is actually suitable at any time of the day because it is nutritionally complete! Whole grain oats also contain a mixture of soluble and insoluble fibers. Goodnight porridge is easy to prepare both at home and away, just mix with water. The older your child gets, the more fiber the porridge contains. We have also reviewed and adjusted the fruit and berry content in our recipes so that children can get used to a less fruity taste in the porridge. Semper porridge is always enriched. With iron that contributes to the normal development of children's intellect, iodine that contributes to children's normal growth, calcium that is needed for your child's skeleton to grow properly, and vitamin D that contributes to the normal function of the immune system in children. Remember that a varied and balanced diet is an important basis for healthy habits. We also add fat to our porridge. But only the right kind of fat. Semper porridge contains fat from cream, rapeseed and sunflower oil. This gives it a good fat composition with a high content of unsaturated fat and a low content of saturated fat.
