Samarin is a natural remedy traditionally used for heartburn and acid reflux. Samarin contains sodium bicarbonate, which has an acid-neutralizing effect in the stomach.
Samarin is not suitable for people with impaired kidney function or people on a low-salt diet. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years:
1 sachet if needed, but not more than 4 times daily. Empty the contents of the bag into a glass of water. Stir with a spoon and let the drink finish effervescent. Continuous use is limited to 2 weeks. Contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve during this time.
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
