Göteborgs Kex Variant - 215 grams

Variant contains five different types of crackers that give a really good variety to the cheese tray. In total, Variant contains 42 good biscuits, divided between Cream Cracker, Saltiner, Snackers, Smörgåsrån and Kornmo. Perfect to offer with the cheese tray. All the biscuits are baked in Kungälv outside Gothenburg and are vegan.

CREAM CRACKERS
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed, shea, coconut), sugar, salt, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), yeast, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, antler salt E503), BARLEY MALT, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

KORNMO
Ingredients:
WHOLE GRAIN FLOUR of WHEAT 42%, WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, sunflower oil, invert sugar, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, antler salt E503), salt, dextrose (WHEAT), flavorings (including vanillin), BARLEY MALT, SODIUM DISULPHITE.

SALTINES
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, sunflower oil, WHEAT STARCH, sugar, salt, baking powder (deer antler salt E503, sodium bicarbonate), MALT EXTRACT (BARLEY), yeast extract, aroma, BARLEY MALT, flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid).

SNACKERS
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, sunflower oil, sugar, sourdough powder (WHEAT), invert sugar, salt, baking powder (deer antler salt E503, sodium bicarbonate) MALT EXTRACT (BARLEY), flavourings, BARLEY MALT.

SANDWICH CRACKERS
Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, fully hardened coconut fat and/or sunflower oil, emulsifier (SOY LECITHIN), WHEAT GERMS, salt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), BARLEY MALT.
