In Esmeralda, the Arriba bean has been cultivated for more than 200 years. We roast the beans until they get the character we're after: strong and chocolaty, floral and velvety. Arriba! The chocolate is organic and vegan, as well as free from nuts, soy and is gluten-free.

DRINK SUGGESTIONS
Bordeaux wines with a high proportion of Cabernet grapes, which gives the wine a spicy and earthy taste. It might sound strange, but it's really good! If you fancy something stronger with the chocolate, a finer rum with low sweetness is a good companion to Esmeralda.

Tea suggestions:

A lighter black tea with a slightly malty character makes the taste of the chocolate smooth and magnificent. We recommend an Earl Grey. A black tea with a natural taste of bergamot. The malty notes in the tea marry well with the clear cocoa flavor in the chocolate. Citrus notes and bergamot also highlight the fruity notes of chocolate.
