Paste that is used on skin as a covering and drying agent, as protection of skin around oozing wounds and stomas and as pressure ulcer prophylaxis.


Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to lanolin.


Pregnancy: Category B:3 Products containing boric acid have been used by pregnant women. Data including epidemiological data are missing. When used on damaged skin, prescribing to pregnant women should be done with caution.


Breastfeeding: Group II Passes into breast milk, information on quantity is missing. Risk of impact on the child seems unlikely at the indicated dosage


Side effects: Boric acid can be absorbed through the skin. Due to slow excretion, repeated use on large, damaged skin areas may carry the risk of accumulation to toxic levels. This applies especially to small children who are particularly sensitive. Contains wool fat (lanolin, Adeps Lanae) which can cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).

Wool fat
White Vaseline
Fat content approx. 60%.
